Nymeria is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
